The various stages of processing are carried out on new-generation automated painting lines, which allow high-quality finishes to be obtained with short production times.
A line is intended solely for painting panels, with various finishes (lacquered and transparent, opaque and glossy, ground polished), by applying the paint with a roller or veil.
This calibration and improvement of the Company's production lines, together with their high flexibility in terms of different configuration possibilities, allows us to guarantee the timely production times and a high quality level of the finished product, regardless of the lot size , with a high level of customization.
A pressurized painting booth allows us to paint any size or shape of panel that is unable to be done on either our roller line or spraying line. This can also be used for custom job work / designs requiring more detailing or hand crafted paint finishing.
To this end, this processing completes all possible types of elements at 360 degrees, so as to fully satisfy our customers' needs.
Our state of the art digital printing line allows us to have customized printing done for our clients, allowing them to achieve a natural stone finish, logo or any design they can think up. This can be applied on wood, acrylic, glass. Allowing our customers to get that Wow Factor to enhance their space or design.
Application of protective film, completely automated, This allows us to obtain extremely accurate protection for the painted / coated surface ensuring lower chance of damage during handling and installation.
Parallel to the long-lasting production activity, the Company has developed a mutually profitable development and research relationship with new Customers and suppliers for new finishes and colors, succeeding in building a complete painting offer that starts with the study and consultancy on the final finish and ends with delivery and after-sales service.

Our UV coating is able to produce transparent or lacquered glossy or opaque finishes, as well as glossy metallic and transparent and lacquered embossed finishes.
The synergy with a leader in the production of paints has allowed us to create a technology with which, from an MDF support, we can obtain glossy or matt lacquered finishes with very low production costs, while maintaining high colorimetric standards. This last point was achieved using a new line of lacquers and UV inks that allow us to comply with the most restrictive market demands.
